Is There a Bed Free? 
We spend a 12 hour shift with Gail, the NUM at a busy emergency department. It is her job to keep the patients moving through and prevent  the hospital from being pushed to bypass.

 We meet the nurse manager from an aged care facility and talk to her about the highs and lows of her job.

 Beth spends her days nursing drug addicted, homeless people. Her greatest fear is that her program will lose its funding and her clients will have no where to go.
