How Nurse TV Got Started

 Redland

Nurse TV was the brain child of ex-nurse turned filmmaker, Nickolas Bird. Frustrated by the unrealistic portrayal of nursing he saw on television, Nick set out to create his own television show - one that would truly capture what it meant to be a nurse in the 21st century.

Partial funding was obtained through HESTA Superfund and using his nursing contacts, Nick teed up interviews with dozens of nurses and suddenly a show was born.
